About Mary
Healing. That means different things to different people. You can heal physically, like from an injury or illness. You can heal emotionally, through empathy, compassion and touch. You can also heal spiritually, by acknowledging and honoring those things that guide you.
As a massage therapist, I strive to help people heal. Physically, I use many and varied techniques and customize my treatment for each client. Each time a client comes in for an appointment, we discuss what’s been going on with them and together, review and revise their treatment plan. I continue using techniques that have worked and will trouble shoot and incorporate new techniques to achieve our desired treatment goals. The primary massage therapy treatment techniques I use are Swedish, Trigger Point, Deep Tissue, Stretching, Myofascial Release, and Cupping. Additionally, I incorporate elements of Acupressure, Cranial Sacral Therapy and Aromatherapy.
